Student Comments On How IIGL Studies Have Changed Their Lives

James Adanigbo (Nigeria)
I learn from this book (Giant Steps) that we all have a dreams and all want to believe deep down in our souls that we have a special gift, that we have to make a difference, that we can as well touch others in a special way and make the world a better place. But when I looked at the whole thing vividly I thank the IIGL founders for their dreams of destiny, because it is really transforming millions of people most especially in African as whole. If not for this program I wont have gotten any knowledge at all, but with all this I have gotten so much experience through most of the inspirational books and it has really transform my thinking.

Paa Kwesi Inkumsah (Ghana)
Wow, my life is going through a transformation as I work each book, am not only learning the secrets to character transformation, but am also in the process of being uplifted till I reach the state where everything is attainable.

Talent Jumo (Zimbabwe)
… I'm thoroughly enjoying, not just the reading, but the 'practicals' as well. I've adopted the C.A.N.C.E.L. technique' from psycho-cybernetics, and am quite conscious there are mental cobwebs, and that I need always to replace my negative mental attitude with (NMA) with a positive mental attitude (PMA). These concepts are powerful, useful and certainly fruitful...That is why I believe that IIGL is certainly one of the best things that has happened to me. I'm going through transformation...it's amazing!

Davui kosi sepénou (Togo)
As I have said it to you, IIGL is my last hope to realise my dreams. I am suffering too much. I want to do everything as quick as possible. I need now your consistent assistance with all your possibilities to reach my goals.

Mark Mazadu (Nigeria)
My friends and I recently watched “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne (www.thesecret.tv) that was a really fantastic movie…even though most of the ideas are exactly what we are being taught at IIGL…it was really easy understanding more of those principles through that movie.

Linquist Asiebela (Kenya)
I thank God for enabling me to know what it means to write goals especially through your help. I know God knew He had a great mission for me to accomplish and that’s why He had to prepare me through IIGL. Sometimes I tend to think this institute was formed under God’s divine plan just because of me. Had it not been for the dynamic books that I have read form IIGL, I think I would still be lying dormant wasting my precious time.

Lawrence Alaba Afere.
Africa Is about to experience a dynamic transformation that will last for many generations to come. And it is young Africans like us that will bring about this dynamic transformation. Africans and Africa will truly be set free on the platform of Spirituality, in the concrete meaning of that word. Africans will become aware of their true selves and they will become aware of what Africa is all about. This is what this IIGL information is doing for us. And the effect of this will be prosperity, justice, equality, and authentic leadership on our land. It is young Africans, like our IIGL students that will bring this transformation about in Africa.

Diana Guerrero, (Colombia)
The leadership institute has been a teacher in the perfect moment for me. From morning to night I reflect, analyze and practice what I’ve learned from life, the air, the rain, my children and the people around me. Becoming a prepared student makes life prettier and more interesting, it is a constant and wonderful learning process.

Paul Adedayo (Nigeria)
There are many factors in life that affect one’s success, it could be people around, it could be events, it could also be a statement from somebody. In my own case this great institution IIGL has affected my life for good by providing practical life changing books that have without doubt changed my life.

Joseph, Moses Ayodele (Nigeria)
Thank you so much for the books sent to me. I am thrilled. IIGL indeed is a great thing that is happening to many most & especially myself. It is not just for the books but for the blessedness of the impartation that one is receiving from the studying of the books. The books contain something like fire. It burns voraciously the chaffs in the inner man. I am sure that by the time I am through, I must have become a completely different person. Right now, the books are really impacting my life and thereby increasing me tremendously. I appreciate IIGL and every one who have contributed in one way or the other to make this a reality. Oh! how wonderful it is to have a vision and much more to pursue it.

Paa Kwesi Inkumsah (Ghana)
I think at this point I can practically eat the moon. Lol. Really, it feels possible, it really isn't far fetched because I see my self walking into a realm of great achievement and enormous success in every sphere of my endeavor. This experience is like taking a swimming class, am sure you all know that swimming is the best cardio vascular exercise and it seeks to work every part of our bodies? Yeah, this is the same feeling I am having from each experience I have with my IIGL studies. It's called a complete total transformation of the way I think and react to situations.

Joseph Moses Ayodele (Nigeria)
We are on course to great height in IIGL I have no single doubt. It is such a wonderful thing what IIGL is doing to bring people together irrespective of the background. I am proud to be associated with IIGL. I can now see that truly Internet has made the whole world a global village where we all can see, feel and relate with one another without any frontier.

Fadugba Olumuyiwa Akinrole (Nigeria)
I am lover of good books, I look into books to enrich my depth of knowledge and I glean counsel for a better life from good materials; but a remarkable thing that happened to me while reading this book was that I discovered that reading a book cannot make me free or heal my hurts and quench my desires. It can only provide me the understanding of what is holding me back and suggest ways out of it. The knowledge that supports freedom is a personal discovery of solutions.

Linquist Asiebela (Kenya)
I cannot deny the great impact caused by IIGL in my life. I'm not saying this to please anyone. This is not flattery. Time and again I normally confess that the great help I have received through these studies have contributed a lot to getting me in motion. Sometimes you can know what to do but you don't know when, where and how to start. It's like the studies in this curriculum came and got hold of my hands, dragged me out of my comfortable zone and placed me in a dangerous yet exciting position where by you must take an action, if not, you're in risk of falling, and if you act you minimize the risk and increase the possibility of getting to the better side. Thus whichever way, something must happen.

Mayra Blanco (Venezuela)
Before all, I want to thank the Institute for having given me the chance to belong to the program. Since I am a part of it I feel very pleased and, more importantantly, I have grown from reading each of the books. Since I am studying in the Leadership Institute my confidence has been growing strong and developing every day, to achieve many of the things I have in mind at present and one of them has almost come true because of IIGL. I have been preparing myself during the past year to become a teacher of Higher Knowledge and this month, once more because of the preparation I’ve had with IIGL, I will start with my first lecture. The fear and the doubts I had at first have disappeared and because of this book I have overcome certain doubts. How good it would be for a great part of the population to be studying here so we can reach the critical mass in the Venezuelan and World population, so that they could change the concept of failure as something bad and accept it as a springboard to success in life.

Gottfried Duku (Ghana)
I wish I had words good enough to explain the level of confidence this book, Jonathan Livingston Seagull, has given me about the future. I have found out that it is my fault if I do not succeed, because success is very much within my reach. A lot of things in it have come to confirm that my instincts have not misled me after all. I have always wanted to live a full purposeful life and not the rather popular live-by-the-moment idea that was pushed into my mind by society. This book has challenged me to listen to my heart and to be very selective about the opinions of people about me or what I do. They may be right sometimes, but the truth is, my heart is never going to be wrong.

I have learned, among other things, that I do not need faith to succeed in my field of endeavor. I just have to understand the principles that govern such areas of life. If I can dream it, I can also achieve it. Jonathan became perfect at flying because he first of all could dream about flying. Every huge accomplishment starts with a dream.

Dreaming is risky business. Following your dreams is worse. You risk being cast out. You lose friends and sometimes family. You are scorned and made to feel insignificant. Then comes the day when that which you 'saw' alone in your mind's eye becomes manifest for all to see. On that day, you get to be hailed, praised and liked as though nothing ever went wrong. Success, it is said, attracts. Failure, of the truth, is an orphan.

Christian Villón (Peru)
I believe that in the past few years I discovered that life goes beyond what is material, I’ve been searching for answers and in accordance with the law of synchronicity I’ve met people and organizations such as the institute for global leadership, that contribute in the process of transformation I want for my life. This book (The Magic Of Believing) as well as the others that are part of the institute’s curricula have been showing me the way with new ideas that I can use to transform myself as best as possible. Positive thinking, visualization, keeping myself tuned in with the abundance are now a part of my life”

Luis Cutiva (Colombia)
(commenting on his assessment of the book “As a man thinks)
This is a book that has made me see my life from a different perspective and has completely revolutionized the concept I have of my own life. Allen's book is a challenge, it has changed the way I think and of seeing life as well as the circumstances I am living with true tolerance, the respect for the ideas and beliefs that each person has and each one of us is responsible for our own circumstances.

Diana Guerrero (Colombia)
I thank God and the universe for having the Institute in my life in a key moment, as it is an instrument in the freeing process I am living. I congratulate you for such a beautiful work. We need more people like you who love humanity.

Moses Ayodele (Nigeria)
It is either you understand what good leadership is or not. There is no sitting on the fence about it. Quite often and most unfortunately too, what we see around is leaderships that gives only obligations without opportunities. Leadership by mouth and ego. Thanks to God for this type of an institute that is bringing this type of avenue for knowledge and development where many youths or people will get to know what their rights are and how to take them all.

Longe Opeyemi Dotum (Nigeria)
I want to use this opportunity to thank you for the services of IIGL. I am so delightful to be a part of this global family. I also want to use this opportunity to thank the sponsors for doing this, they do not know me and yet I can feel their impact on my life. I am full of happiness and joy. Thank you very very much

Enock Pedze (Zimnbabwe)
The way I had been seeing myself changed as I read Psycho Cybernetics 2000. I had a different picture of what success was to me and my personal life as a being. Seeing success as an acronym it lead to me thinking of one having sense of direction, understanding, having courage, self esteem and self confidence. The way that society sees itself does not have to be a gloomy picture for yourself as this may be a limiting factor for one. The society that I have grown up in has been secluded to limiting opportunities and this has negatively affected not only me but the generations that have been brought up. Yes I have to remember that it provided a home for me but after reading the book a picture has been made available to me that we should not be having a limiting factor but have success in our mind.

Rose Mbugua (Kenya)
I cannot express how much the books that I have read and the knowledge I have gained from IIGL have done for me. I am not the same person I was last year, last month, last week not even yesterday. Every single day in every way I am learning something NEW.

Arturo Aigaje (Ecuador)
The book, Success Through A Positive Mental Attitude, is a great idea that has made me see different paths. I am grateful to God for it. I am grateful to those who are part of the Leadership Institute and make this program possible

Liduvina Bucio (Mexico)
The book, Real Magic, was a challenge and has also changed the way I think about some things I wasn't clear about. It is a true treasure. Thank you for your support. I have recommended this book to all my yoga students. For me it is a true gold jewel, capsuled in easy to read pages that feed the spirit and show you can create a different world from within. It is great information that has made me aware. I was never one of those persons who could feel God through faith. I guess everyone has a different way of feeling God, for me it's through knowledge...”

Paul Mbwebwe Kayembe, DR Congo
The studies of the International Institute for the Global Leadership have brought major changes in my life. I assert that they increased my personal capacities by developing all that I have as positive in me. The changes and the growth are perceptible in the understanding of myself and that I am responsible for everything that arrives to me. Consequently, I learnt to think positively in any circumstance and to develop the positive attitudes in my daily behavior. The discovery of myself through these studies allowed me to define the purpose for which my life has a sense. This purpose is to live for others; my life, my customs and my behavior have to influence others. In other words I became a blessing for my family as well as for everybody who surrounds me.

Before I was resigned on myself considering myself as mediocre, but today the fear which I embodied is transformed into courage and positive conviction of the ideas acquired in the frame of my studies give me more consideration in the community and in my relations with others so much that I became the best listened person by my brothers and sisters. In my professional life, I am subjected to other responsibilities as administrator of the school that I have the honor to steer, and as volunteer consultant of an organization called Permanent Council of support to applied psychology in Democratic Republic of Congo.

Gottfried Duku (Ghana)
I am very grateful to God for making me see this moment of my life. I am learning so much from my first set of books. I have realised that my being has nothing to do with the job I do. In other words, I can be larger than my vocation. I still shall pursue my dream of becoming an authority in the IT world, but I have found out that I do not have to be at the top to know that I am a successful person. Recently my business collapsed and guess who was there when all seemed lost? Your three books. I have one of them wherever I go. I read them more than anything else. I cannot imagine what my life would have been like when it got so dark, had I not gotten these books. I now earn more than 4 times what I used to earn in my former job. In fact, I have the potential to earn even more in the future. I am able to manage my time and money in ways that bring me a lot more benefits.

Olita Talent Nyathi (South Africa)
I was taking audit of the new person I have become as a result of my IIGL studies. Some of the amazing facts about me are: Although I feel tired once in while I never feel stressed. I am more grounded when dealing with conflicting issues at work. I can afford to walk away from somebody who is throwing tantrums at me and get back to them with a smile to propose a dialogue. I am also clear that I do not want to be a rich person by accumulating material wealth. I just want serve in the best way that I can. I have decided upon a spiritual journey. I am a mature adult and the IIGL programme communicates with the core of my being in the most profound ways.

Joseph Moses Ayodele (Nigeria)
Thank you very much for your moral support. I really appreciate you. IIGL is doing great things for many of us who are privileged to be students. However, some of us have not been able to be financially active, but it has been our yearning and heartfelt desire, but I am sure we are getting there very soon. IIGL is taking the world by the storm through the power of unity. The Divine Intelligence will keep strengthening you on every sides. He will meet all your needs.

Olita Talent Nyathi (South Africa)
I was talking to Rosette (one of our students in Uganda) and we were wondering what we will be like when we complete the IIGL course. There is so much richness in the course that is so liberating. The question that I have is “What would the world be like if our leaders went through such a programme.” Although I have not even completed the first phase, I am convinced that our world will be a different place and leadership would not be hovering above people like a cloud.

Arturo Aigaje (Ecuador)
The truth is that for a while, before starting to read this book (Real Magic), I was scared, taking into account my religious background. In fact, an Evangelic pastor recommended me to NOT even go through its pages. Because of this and after analyzing the book Positive Mental Attitude, I decided to read it. Waiting made me even more hungry to read it and allowed for a nice, fortifying and hopeful reading process, to say the least. I publicly greatly thank Wayne Dyer, the author of this beautiful book. I want to express that things are not casual. Everything is milimetrically drawn in God's perfect universe. I also thank all the authors I've allowed myself to read before this book, as each one has planted a seed of eternal hope in me. Once again I thank IIGL and it’s contributors for their love.

Joseph Ayodele (Nigeria)
The book Giant Steps is simply wonderful and great. It is highly simplified and very easy to read and understand. The wealth of knowledge in the book is inexhaustible. From studying these IIGL books, it is not difficult to see clearly that the human mind is beyond ordinary. The human mind is truly capable of imagining great things if it is allowed. When you read these book you'll begin to wonder how were these writers able to come across all of these ideas and most especially this particular book, Giant Steps. I love this and the IIGL vision.

Ngeri Thaddeus Shigyal (Nigeria)
Thank you very much for your great concern for me. I appreciate your enormous contribution toward changing my entire life positively and the lives of many young people that I have been able to reached here in Nigeria. I must be sincere to you that, the two introductory books made positive impacts on the lives of many Nigerians that have laid hands on them. I am sincerely promising that your efforts to see you change my life and make me a successful man will never be fruitless, but at the end, you will be please with your handwork and God almighty will continues to bless, protect and reward you abundantly in his riches and glory.

Kenny K Agunloye (United Arab Emirates)
The secret is simple. I wonder why it took me so long to discover it. Thanks to God & thanks to Dr. Wayne. They all connected together to change my life by reconnecting me back to my higher self. I now understand what God was saying when he described himself as “THE I AM THE I AM”. He is that I AM in me. Just get connected and become a co-creator of peace, happiness, kindness and love, and you automatically see your life change. Once you are at peace with yourself, the beauty of body will come out radiating beyond your imagination!

Ayodele Joseph (Nigeria)
I am most grateful for great privilege to be a member of IIGL. It is one of the greatest things that has happened to me lately. From the encounters I have had so far from the books I have studied in IIGL, my life has been impacted tremendously. My outlook is already changed for the better. I am thankful for the seven books I have received for Level 2. I am too excited, it's like I should finish all at the same time. I have almost finished two. I am currently working on Law of Attraction, the book is simply great. It is changing me already. The book is already making an in-road into me and I know I won't ever be the same after studying the book.

Osuoza Emmanuel (Nigeria)
Thank you very much. IIGL is doing a great job especially in the lives of your Nigerian students. I have spoken to about two other IIGL students who live around me and they share the same view with me. The youths of this nation are crying out for real leadership and that is what this institute is delivering to us; training for good leadership. One behalf of the Nigerian students, I must say that you have added value to our lives beyond description.

Linquist Asiebela (Kenya)
I would like to say to you that I’m so grateful for the initiative you took to start this great institution that has been of a real blessing to me. Ever since I started reading the books that you have been sending to me, my life has changed dramatically. For a long time, I have been craving and yearning that I would only get even a single chance to pursue and learn any profession to expand my knowledge. Before I joined IIGL, I made a commitment to myself that I was going to read any manner of books that I would ever come across and know the motive that drove the authors to write them. By the time I was joining IIGL I was in distress, depress, and feeling hopelessness. However, now I can confidently confess that IIGL has help me overcome this and has greatly contributed in bringing me back on truck to pursue the destiny that God had destine for me. I am really thankful. I don’t know how to express my gratitude’s. I believe its God who predestined this divine connection.

Of all the students in this institution, I can proudly confess that I am the one who has greatly benefited from it. This books that I have read have contributed a lot in building the champion in me. My special thanks to you mostly, and also to this great writers of whom some of them may not be able to know that the work they did was excellent and that it abides even to such like time to help a person like me from Africa and from a village that is not greatly known to fulfill God’s will. God richly bless you.

Afere Lawrence (Nigeria)
At this particular point in my life, one thing that I am so privileged to enjoy in the last one year of my life is IIGL studies. It has had a drastic and a never-to-be-forgotten impact in my life. This year I will be 23 years, I make bold to say that preceding the time or year I joined IIGL I was living in chronic ignorance. In this world, it is not easy to identify with purpose. if one eventually does, it is not easy to fulfill. There are challenges here and there. But there is a great lesson I have learnt from those that have identified with purpose and are truly accomplishing it: "millions of other people's destinies are tied to theirs.." Imagine if they fail to identify and fulfill it? What will happen to other million lives?

Bikundo Onyari (Kenya)
Last month I was very busy as I helped organize a street children exhibition in Nairobi. This is an annual event that uses exhibitions to expose and market what these young people who have been rehabilitated from the streets can do. This is in the areas of crafts, music, learning etc. I met with a lady who was volunteering in the event. She was staying with her cousin who was abusing her. This lady had lost hope in life and was even ready to die though she admitted that she feared death. I was able to challenge her and give her some tips I learnt in the Anthony Robbins book, Awaken The Giant Within. Today she is one of the most joyful people I have ever met in my life.

Popoola Olanrewaju Michael (Nigeria)
Just yesternight, I was telling a good female friend of mine that the best thing one can have is PEACE OF MIND. Well, long before I came in close contact with the Global-Leadership Organization, I have somehow lived with a nightmare. I did not have peace of mind. Frankly speaking, I lacked it. But when I read the book "The Magic of Thinking Big" I had the kind of peace of mind I have never had before in my entire life. Let me tell you that it's a rare case for a poor man to have peace of mind. What I am is exactly a poor young man in the real sense of the word "POOR". I lacked everything except God. A poor man that hardly takes in daily a three-square meal. But, when I read the book published by Dr Schwartz, I instantly became a real man with bright future. A man with future hope. A man with "PEACE OF MIND".

Roger Yomba Ngue (Cote de Ivore)
The IIGL book, The Magic of Thinking Big, gave me an agenda (life schedule). Unlimited Power transmitted relevant materials for communication and formulas in success planning and reframing. I read this book at the time I was facing strong resistance from my colleagues to develop an operational organization for peace building. It helps me to keep quite while consolidating my leadership skills and expertise in programs and project management. I am happy to say that a penniless guy I was up to 15 months ago, I just succeed in drawing up an operational 500.000 euros, 18 months program with the European Union commission. My reluctant colleagues are now unanimous that under my leadership we made a tremendous shift. By applying the tools of the Magic of Thinking Big of rapport (chapter XIII), I succeeded to avoid the collapse of my relationship with my fiancée that was threatened by challenges of effective communication.

Ratherford Mwaruta (Zimbabwe)
The International Institute for global leadership has accorded me the opportunity to learn about myself as well as learning about the global environment in a very short period of time. Through reading all these books. It is very difficult to pin point what I have learned because I have learned almost everything. Through reading the inspirational books it has completely changed my perception about life. will act as guarding principles in life.

Sammy Jacobs Abbey (Ghana)
My involvement with the IIGL studies has enabled me to reach a height I never thought to have reached. Reading 14 books I believe contributed to my current state of mind and high sense of doing things. I could not imagine the amount of knowledge I have acquired ever since I was enrolled at the leadership institute. The first two introductory books 'As a man thinketh" and "Jonathan Livingston Seagull" prepared me for the other books and made a lot of impact on my life. My entire perception to life and attitudinal way of doing things has changed entirely after reading these books. The books for the level one and two have given me the inspiration and tools to move mountains. Before starting these studies, I had an inferior and not deserving attitude about myself. But when I read the book "Real Magic" by Dr. Wayne Dyer and related it to my social and physical life, I discovered my self-confidence. It helped me to boldly attempt and achieve successes that I would not have done before. My new association with the Global Citizens organization in Ghana is one such bold step that resulted from reading the book "Giant Steps" by Anthony Robins.

The book "Success Through Positive Mental Attitude" by Napoleon Hill also had a major impact on my life. It really challenged me and changed my attitude toward life. After reading the book I begun seeing things different, I kept motivating myself and others that as far as we develop positive mental attitude in life, success shall be ours. The books not only affected my life but help me to help others who had problems. For instance I have a friend who thought he was useless and never possess anything in life and had given up hope. Using what I had learned, I helped him to see that he was the most important person living as I introduce him to the books.

In summary, all of the books and my involvement with the International Institute of Global Leadership has had great impact on me and I'm looking forward in continuing making references to the books in my possession.

Bikundo Onyari (Kenya)
Where I am today is as a result of a decision I made several years later that I wanted to be a catalyst, facilitator in Africa’s quest for social development starting from my community. Every opportunity that I have embraced has had a major impact in my life. I applied to be an IIGL student in order to be part of a global youth leadership program that champions peace, joy, unity and development. It was indeed a big break for me. I am surprised by the mode of education and experience that I have received so far. This is not what I had expected when I applied to join, it blew me out of my comfort zones and challenged believes and values I have held since I was a kid. The books I have read as an IIGL student have truly and amazingly refreshed my life application principles. The interesting thing about the books is that they are organized and give back up tools for application. I also learnt that knowing alone is not enough, it has to move and be acted upon. There and then will I be able to realize the potential that lies within.

Oluranti Blessed Efunwoye (Nigeria)
IIGL study is one of the platform on which I’m fulfilling my goal of personal development. My first two introductory books laid a good foundation to what changes I expected as I progresses in the studies. Jonathan Livingston Seagull taught me to dare to be different. I have always had an instinct that I’ll dare to make a different in my life and it has help in attracting dignified people into my life. I have benefited greatly from several authors by being in this institute. For example I never heard of Anthony Robbins until I read his book -Awaken the Giant Within. And I might never have encountered the concept of “giant within” as related by Anthony Robbins if not for IIGL. I took special note of the author’s highlighted details in goal setting, ranging from the different types of goals. I remember going through the practical workshop of writing down my goals as led by the author. I will never forget the impact of the book – The Magic of Thinking Success/Big by David Schwatz. In my opinion, this is my best book so far in IIGL. It is a recommended practical handbook for people to literarily think big. In thinking big I’ve been able to dream of things I once thought impossible and saw manifestations thereafter.

Mark Elisha Mazadu (Nigeria)
First I learnt how to catch a dream. I never knew much before becoming a student of IIGL about goal setting or an act of catching a dream. Then I thought all you need do with your life is following what just comes your way either good or bad. My greatest joy today is getting to realize that dreams defines the limit of a mans destiny and knowing things a man needs do or rather I need do as an individual to accomplish my dream in life. Number two principle I've learnt is the power of purpose. One constant thing I've noticed among successful people is that they all are men of great purpose. They all had a purpose in life. They not only have purpose in life but they knew what it really takes to achieve their purpose.

Ubah Chinedu Gideon (Nigeria)
I am happy to say that IIGL is the best thing that have happened to me. Information is a very vital tool in this life and through my study so far, I have gotten some important information that can be called knowledge which will serve me for life.

For instance, I used to see the world as where everyone comes to compete, more or less a survival for the fitness. But from the deep insights I have gained I realize that this is not so, because every creature is a unique being, and has one uniqueness that is different from every other person. Why should one compete to be like the other when all we need do is to fight or strive to make sure that we awaken the giant that lies dormant within us. Every person in the world has a different calling, and trying to be like the others will mean you are moving away from your own calling.

Anthony Robbins in his book" Awaken the Giant Within "made me know that I am a spirit with human experience and not the other way; hence I am not bound by the nature of my body or my circumstances, that I have all it takes to transcend all of these and move on. This concept was shared also by other authors like in the principle of self mastery, etc.

IIGL, in my levels one and two, made me know “who truly I am.” Prior to becoming IIGL student I used to think I was only a physical being striving to survive and compete here and after some times, depart. In his books “Real Magic and Sacred Self”, Dr. Dyer Wayne, my favorite spiritual author, made me understand that I am a spiritual being having a physical or human experience on this planet earth. This truth, just as I discovered it, illuminated me and since then I have been operating with it. This truth has really made a clear and major difference between my past life and present one. Obviously, I have learnt, within a short time, a great deal more from IIGL than I have learnt from my nearly 15 years in conventional schools. IIGL has taught me what life really is and what gives meaning to it. It has taught me “who I am, why I am really here, and what this place is all about.” If you truly know these, you’ve known life and how to lead it and enjoy it.

Gabriel Onoh (Nigeria)
When I received my first set of books from the IIGL. Little did I know that those two books marked a beginning of great things in my life. At the moment, to the glory of God, I have read a total of sixteen different books written by some of the world’s renowned authors. I know from the inside of me that I have changed. Being a student of IIGL has given me what I call “a golden opportunity in no small measure”. I have moved from a scarcity (need) conscious state of mind to an abundance (supply) conscious state. This of course, wouldn’t have been possible if my focus wasn’t on it, along with practical goal setting and many other things. My first ever business plan was written only after I had read some of the IIGL books. These are just a few of the ways that the IIGL studies have impacted my life. For these, I will always remain grateful to IIGL and all of it’s contributors.

Linquist Asiebela (Kenya)
From the time I was enrolled as a student in IIGL my life has changed dramatically. I had ideas on what I wanted in life, but I didn't know how to go about them. I was so much frustrated and distressed that I kept on wishing one day I would wake up to find a miracle has happen that would bring me to my destiny.

My life was faced with perpetual frustration from people who kept on suppressing all my efforts to pursue my goals. With all this oppositions and limitations that kept on whispering to me that I would amount to nothing, my self-esteem was greatly destroy. Rushing against time with no one to encourage me as a mentor, I felt for sure I was fighting a losing battle. Further more, I lost my trust in people. I was paranoid and my cynical attitude made me avoid the same people that I needed to achieve my goals. I kept on asking myself; how am I going to make it? In this life there are people who have made it and others have not. Some started from a humble back ground and made it. My question still remained, what was the secret? Why not me? I didn't have a clear understanding on which steps to take towards achieving my goals. I wandered around fumbling for anything that would work hence my life was such a misery. When I became a student in IIGL, I felt like I had come back on the right truck leading to my destiny. The first books made my focus clearer and imparted the confidence that I needed by working on my mental attitude. I learned not just to believe what my eyes were telling me. All that they see is limitations. Your whole body from the feet to the hair is nothing more than your thought itself.

If there was anyone who needed a high self-esteem due to the nature of his vocation, it was me. This is precisely what the books in level one did for me. I used to feel disillusioned whenever people could oppose or sabotage my efforts to be successful. I had given up many attempts from the word go. But the books empowered me greatly. I realized that every adversity has a seed of equivalent or a greater benefit. My success is not determined by others but by me. Blaming others is futile. I'm the master of my life and I can decide on whatever I want regardless of the circumstances. If you want to play the game of life and win, you've got to play full out. Be willing to feel stupid, and be willing to try things that may not work. Otherwise, how can you innovate, how can you grow, how can you discover who you really are?

I marvel at myself how much I have changed when I look at the little things that used to trouble me of which now are no longer an issue. Now I have grown into a person that loves to trust and work with others. I have learned how to create a rapport and elicit cooperation from others. I have realized that no one is special. We are all the same. When you listen to the feelings and needs of others, you'll no longer see people as monsters. No one suffers or is hurt and I'm not affected. I have learned to value others as myself. If you are to work with people and lead them effectively, you must learn how to identify with their needs.

With the lessons that I have learned from this books, my focus is so clear that I can see myself already where I want to be. Anything that comes along the way will have no otherwise but to follow the same track. My goals are no longer wishes but are clearly defined with a set time limit on when to have done what. It's obvious that they are conditioned to happen. I review them occasionally to make sure that they are coherently arranged in the order of priority.

This does not mean that IIGL has worked some magic in me and that there are no adversities. Conversely, I can say that opposition has much more increased. All that IIGL has done is to empower me on how to tackle circumstances so that everything works for my own good. This is the best gift I could get. I have learned how to fish by myself but not to borrow. I'm after the provider not the bread.

I see myself strong, mature and eligible. All things are possible. Every time when I walk down the streets of Nairobi I know I'm in the divine will of God. Anything can provoke and trigger the resources needed to accomplish these grand goals. In summary, these studies have generally improved my life. They have worked on my self-esteem, my focus and direction, my communication skills, my goals, my health, my love life among others. It has been a worthy time spent in studying level one and two.

Iziomoh Bidemi Felix (Nigeria)
What I feel I have learnt since becoming a student of International Institute for Global Leadership. \ are too numerous to mention or rather to write, but I would just be briefed. IIGL has brought me out from the dark to the light, why I am saying these, is that, their are so many things that I have not come across and things that I do not know before now. As a student of IIGL, I have benefited a lot despite the fact that I am just in level 3, I would say this is a great opportunity for me being a student of the institute, to be honest if such institute is not free I would not be a student because how much would be the fees and registration? Definitely registration would be in $(dollars) these has a giving a lot of people an avenue and privileged to learn and develop themselves potentially. IIGL has really transformed my life and I still believed there are still more I will learn as along as am still a student of the institute.

The book, Jonathan Livingston Seagull, has helped me to practically handle so many situations that I thought was far beyond me to handle especially as an African woman. It has become a springboard of energizing principles in my life as a leader of the very immediate tomorrow and a mother of some generation.

Diapah Ayo Quinisier (Nigeria)
To say that this book (Jonathan Livingston Seagull) came just on time would be an understatement. It touched me and will probably change the course of my life forever. I came to realize that I could be a Jonathan Livingston Seagull because we had so many things in common.

Imoh Collins (Nigeria)
This book, As A Man Thinketh, has been my companion since I got it. It has influenced me greatly in my thought processes. Ignoring the power of thought is like driving a car without brakes and the consequence is, of course, disaster. I have learned to strive to control and direct my emotions to achieve my dreams.

Ahnmad Rizwan (Pakistan)
This book, As A Man Thinketh, has helped a lot in improving my work and my relations with my colleagues and subordinates. I sent it to my supervisor to distribute it among all of the employees to read it once with keen interest and try to extract maximum out of it.

Anik Abdelrhani (Morocco)
This book, Awaken The Giant Within, is really very interesting; it makes me aware of the power of the mind and the inner world. I now understand that we can not start any change without starting from the inside.

Ratherford Mwaruta (Zimbabwe)
Change Your mind and Change you Life has actual changed my life. Before reading this book I was holding on to grievances, anger, fear and guilt but after reading this book I was forced to analyze my self. This book created a room within me to look at my self and to evaluate where I am going and where I am coming from. This book brought in very positive impacts in to my life. I have learned the power of forgiving.

Roger Yomba Ngué (Côte d’Ivoire)
The stories in the book “Giant Steps” are some of the most important lessons I've learned in my life. They inspire me to move towards great expectations to contribute to the world peace and to the African Renaissance during my lifetime.

Francis Abayomi (Nigeria)
I am happy and feel great to be part of the generation that had the opportunity to read great books like these. This book, the Magic Of Thinking Big, has touched every aspect of my life. I will read this book once again and pass it on to others. I also recommend that this book should be read once in every two years, because this book has more than enough advise and success stories one needs to master to be able to succeed in life.

Ratherford Mwaruta (Zimbabwe)
After reading the Magic of thinking big I realized that I was underestimating my potential. This book actually opened another chapter in my life. It clearly shows that life is full of challenges as well as opportunities. It is up to an individual to turn those challenges in to opportunities. From now onwards I am going to concentrate on positive things and I am not going to focus on traditional thinking but only the thinking which can improve my life in a very positive way.

Bikundo Onyari (Kenya)
I must admit from the onset that this book, Success Through A Positive Mental Attitude, was powerful to the extent it actually inspired me to spring to action. Every page was worth it and useful and I am growing impatient to read Napoleon's other book. Another factor that I would want to raise is that the books I have read so far seem to flow inter relate to each other. The selection was magnificent as most of the books continue to imprint tools that are badly needed to make the world a better place starting with the individual.

Gifty Tortoe (Ghana)
This Book is meant for me as an African woman because I want to pull my own strings. I want freedom more desperately than anything else. To live my life the way I choose I have to be a bit rebellious. I have to be willing to stand up for myself. It might be a bit disturbing to those who have strong interest in controlling my behavior, but as I’m willing and found that being my own person and not letting others do my thinking for me is a joyful, worthy and absolutely fulfilling way to live. A special kind of freedom is available to me if I’m willing to take risks involved in getting it. Thank you for this book, “Pulling Your Own Strings.”

Bikundo Onyari (Kenya)
These IIGL books have provided a breakthrough for me in remembering that we can affect the world situation if I live a purposeful life. It has also reminded me of meditation which I had dismissed in Deepak Chopra book 'Unconditional Life'. That's the one sure way of tapping those resources that are in the spiritual realm. Sometimes I have looked for happiness outside myself and learnt a vital lesson that without finding it in you, you cannot radiate it to those you love and even strangers.

Chinedu Ubah (Nigeria)
The level of success I experience internally - happiness, joy etc - is the direct result of how I communicate to myself. How I feel is not the result of what is happening in my life. It is my interpretation of what is happening, which, put in another words, can be said that the quality of my live is determine not by what happens to me, rather by what I do about what happens. I now got that my happiness is not in another person’s hands but my hands. It is just for me to give a positive interpretation to what happens to me
